Spring Conditioning & Football Training
Join us from April to June for our football camp. This program is designed to bridge the gap between offseason preparation and the competitive season. If your player is serious about this upcoming fall season this will be the perfect opportunity to get that rolling.
Our Spring Camp will prioritize skill development, physical conditioning, and team cohesion while introducing the use of gear in a controlled and progressive manner.
This will incorporate rigorous training including conditioning exercises and football related agility drills.
Program Goals:
1. Develop positional skills and fundamentals for all players.
2. Strengthen team coordination through small-group drills.
3. Enhance physical conditioning, speed, and footwork.
4. Familiarize athletes with helmets, pads, and girdles in preparation for competitive gameplay.
Registration welcomes all Junior Bantam, Bantam and Midget Raiders players. Registration opens annual on February 1st.
