REGISTRATION FOR OUR FALL 2024 SEASON WILL OPEN IN JUNE!
Fall 2023 Cheer Registration
Ages: All Youth Aged 6-18
- Junior (2012-2017)
- Senior (2005-2011)
Dates: August 1st - November 12th
August - Tues/Thur practices at Bill Moore Park
September - Tues at Little Red Church/Thurs at Bill Moore Park/Weekend performances at Bill Moore Park
October/November - Tues at Little Red Church/Weekend Performances at Bill Moore
Practices:
Little Red Church, 2182 Comox Ave, Comox
- Junior: Tuesdays 6-7pm
- Senior: Tuesdays 7-8:30pm
Bill Moore Field, Courtenay (Aug/Sep only)
- Junior: Thursdays 6-7pm
- Senior: Thursdays 7-8:30pm
Performances:
The team will perform each week during one tackle football game - this could be Friday night, Saturday or Sunday. You will receive a schedule in early September as soon as the league has provided us with dates/times and we can organize your schedule accordingly.
Uniform: Club cheer shirt, cheer skirt will be provided.
Cheer sweater and pom poms will be a required purchase (details to follow in July).
Please also provide black pants/leggings, running shoes, water bottle, no jewelry (stud earrings ok), hair tied away from face
Cost: $225 plus applicable VMFL Cheer Insurance (only if you didn't already pay in 2023)
It is important to note that our program is not a competitive cheer program, but rather a sideline dance/cheer program which will develop skills in a fun environment while remaining associated with our football programming.

This season the BCPFA requires all clubs to utilize PowerUp Sports for their registration & the link below will take you to this site.
After you have completed registration in PowerUp we require you to also use TeamSnap, which is the program the Raiders use for schedules and communication. All cheerleaders will be added to the TeamSnap team prior to our program launch, please watch your emails for the invite!
